1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during their membership:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. frywin strictly prohibits participation by minors and persons under the legal gambling age.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by statute (a "Prohibited Territory").
• You are not employed by frywin or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member of such an employee, in a role that creates a conflict of interest with your participation as a Member.
• You are not a professional or semi-professional player in circumstances where frywin reasonably determines that your participation materially disadvantages the integrity of gaming outcomes for other Members.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had your account permanently closed by frywin for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access frywin's full range of services, including real-money deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or "ghost" accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and valid mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. frywin will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Member has failed to safeguard their password.
• Password Requirements: Passwords must contain a minimum of eight characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one numeral, and one special character.
• Notification of Breach: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify frywin Support immediately via live chat or email so that the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

frywin is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free environment. To that end, all Members are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal and may be asked to provide additional documentation at any time during their membership.

Acceptable Identity Documents: Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP), valid passport, or Indonesian driving license. Documents must be current, unaltered, and clearly legible in the uploaded image or scan.

Proof of Payment Method: Where a Member's deposit method is a bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, or others), frywin may request a screenshot of the bank account dashboard confirming that the account name matches the registered Member name.

Processing Time: Standard KYC verification is completed within one to two business hours of receiving complete documentation. During peak periods or where additional checks are required, verification may take up to 24 hours. frywin will notify the Member via email or in-account message upon completion.

Consequences of Non-Compliance: frywin reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges and, in cases of suspected fraud, to freeze the Account entirely pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Members who provide false or altered documentation will have their accounts permanently closed and outstanding balances forfeited.

5 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. frywin supports the following deposit methods for Indonesian Members:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon. Minimum deposit Rp 50,000; maximum Rp 100,000,000 per transaction.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja. Minimum deposit Rp 25,000; maximum Rp 20,000,000 per transaction.

Deposits via bank transfer are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt in our payment system. frywin does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside frywin's control.

frywin reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit tha t it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or sourced from unauthorized payment instruments. In such cases, frywin will notify the Member and may request additional verification documentation before crediting or returning the funds.

6 Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. frywin is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and transparently.

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction for bank transfers; Rp 50,000 for e-wallet withdrawals.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per single transaction for standard Members. VIP-tier Members may be eligible for higher limits as set out in their individual VIP agreements.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted between 08:00 and 22:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next business period. frywin does not guarantee specific processing times and these estimates are provided in good faith only.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals are credited to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. frywin will not transfer withdrawal proceeds to a third-party bank account or e-wallet under any circumstances.
• KYC Requirement: All Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may also trigger KYC checks at frywin's discretion.
• Wagering Requirement Completion: If a Member holds an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, the bonus amount (and any winnings attributable to it) may not be withdrawn until the requirement is fully satisfied or the bonus is forfeited.
• Withdrawal Fees: frywin does not charge fees on withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply interbank transfer charges that are beyond frywin's control.

frywin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the transaction amount is unusually large, where account activity patterns are irregular, or where the Member's identity has not been fully verified. Such checks will not ordinarily exceed 24 hours.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

frywin offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Eligibility: Bonus offers are available only to Members who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion. frywin reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus.
• One Bonus at a Time: A Member may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding is not permitted unless the existing bonus is first forfeited.
• Standard Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a 30x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit). For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus and related winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%; sports bets at odds below 1.50 decimal do not contribute. • Maximum Bet While Wagering: While completing a wagering requirement, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per sports selection is Rp 50,000. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Validity Period: Welcome bonuses must be wagered within 30 calendar days of activation. Weekly and other periodic bonuses must be wagered within the period specified in the promotion. Unplayed bonuses expire automatically at the end of their validity period without compensation.
• Abuse Prevention: frywin reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to circumvent the intent of promotional terms.

8 Game Rules & Betting

All games and betting markets on the frywin platform operate under specific rules detailed within each game or market interface. The following general principles apply across all products:

• Finality of Results: The outcome of any game or sporting event as determined by frywin's certified systems and, in the case of sports, by the relevant governing body, is final. frywin does not accept disputes based solely on a Member's personal interpretation of a result.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a server error, game crash, or other technical malfunction that interrupts a game session, frywin will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its state immediately before the malfunction. Where restoration is not possible, bets placed during the affected session may be voided and stakes returned.
• Sports Betting — Settlement: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, the FA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1 matches) at the conclusion of regulation time, unless the market specifies otherwise (e.g., "including extra time").
• Obvious Pricing Errors: frywin reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error (e.g., a -1.5 handicap line offered at 50.00 decimal due to a data feed error). Members who knowingly exploit pricing errors may have their accounts reviewed for integrity violations.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single-event payout is Rp 500,000,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing for high-volume VIP Members. frywin will not pay out winnings in excess of this limit from a single bet or parlay combination.
• Minimum Stake: The minimum stake per bet is Rp 1,000 across all markets. Minimum stakes for specific premium live casino tables may differ and are displayed at the table.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the frywin platform. Violation of any provision in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same name, a different name, or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other communication with frywin.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or artificially generate wagering turnover.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method of location obfuscation.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors knowingly and repeatedly to gain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward frywin staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any component of the Platform's software, security systems, or data structures.

10 Responsible Gaming

frywin is committed to promoting safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming experiences. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that all Members are encouraged to use proactively. Detailed guidance is available on our dedicated Responsible Gaming page.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automatic notifications to remind them how long they have been playing within a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the Member's Account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: A configurable on-screen prompt that displays cumulative session wagering and time spent at intervals chosen by the Member.
• Age Verification: frywin enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all deposits returned, minus any winnings generated.

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the frywin platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of frywin or its duly licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Members to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; use frywin's trademarks or branding in any manner without prior written consent; create derivative works based on Platform materials; or scrape, harvest, or systematically download data from the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, frywin's aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Member's Account, or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

frywin shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential:

• Loss of gambling winnings or profits.
• Loss of data or damage to the Member's device or software.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet service providers.
• Service interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, and cyberattacks beyond frywin's reasonable control), or infrastructure failures outside frywin's direct operational environment.
• The Member's reliance on information published on the Platform that was accurate at the time of publication but has since changed.

Nothing in this clause limits frywin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

13 Privacy

frywin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

frywin will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except where necessary for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

14 Account Termination

Termination by the Member: You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to frywin Support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after deducting applicable bonus funds will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, provided KYC verification is complete.

Termination by frywin: frywin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• frywin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or identity misrepresentation.
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age or to have registered from a Prohibited Territory.
• Continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to frywin.
• The Member has been self-excluded and attempts to open a new account during the exclusion period.

Where an Account is closed by frywin due to a material breach of these Terms, frywin reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance, subject to applicable law.

15 Governing Law

frywin operates under an international gaming licence issued by its licensing jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of frywin's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through frywin's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction.

frywin acknowledges that Indonesia's primary gambling statute (the Public Gambling Act of 1867) was enacted prior to the advent of online gaming and that the legal position of offshore online platforms accessible to Indonesian residents remains a grey area under Indonesian law. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Members are solely responsible for assessing the legality of online gaming participation under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

16 Amendments

frywin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, frywin will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email to registered Members.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 14.
